1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the doog111 platform (the "Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, payment processing, and customer support channels provided by doog111.

By creating an account at doog111, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms; and (d) all information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

doog111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Where material changes are made, doog111 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact information associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The doog111 Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered by doog111 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by doog111 or any other gaming operator.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, financial institution, or corporate entity when making deposits or placing wagers.
• You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the doog111 Platform for any violation of these Terms.

doog111 enforces age verification through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All registered accounts are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period may have their funds withheld and their accounts suspended pending verification.

If doog111 reasonably suspects that a registered account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, doog111 reserves the right to immediately freeze the account, demand identity documentation, and, if the suspicion is confirmed, close the account and confiscate any winnings generated while the account was in operation. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Account Registration

To access the real-money gaming features of doog111, you must register a personal account ("Account"). Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. doog111 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which adds an additional layer of security via a one-time SMS code sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify doog111 immediately at support@doog111. doog111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All doog111 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by doog111. Players are responsible for any fees that may be applied by their payment provider.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

doog111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. All financial transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at doog111 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, or Bank Transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the doog111 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within the same business day in most cases, subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bank accounts or cards may take up to three business days.

doog111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

4.3 Transaction Limits

5. Bonuses & Promotions

doog111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. 5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.3 Misuse of Bonuses

Any player found to be misusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using bets that partially cancel each other out to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended. doog111's determination of bonus misuse is final.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the doog111 Platform — including live dealer casino games, RNG-based slots, virtual table games, and sports betting markets — are subject to their individual game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict relating specifically to game mechanics, payouts, or bet settlement.

6.1 RNG Certification

6.4 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, doog111 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. doog111 is not liable for any loss of winnings claimed to result from a technical malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players using the doog111 Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or Platform staff.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing doog111 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by doog111.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

doog111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the bonus system.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a responsible gaming referral from a third-party organisation.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to restrict or terminate the account.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your doog111 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@doog111. Upon receiving your request, doog111 will process the closure and arrange the withdrawal of any remaining verified BDT balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.

8.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, underage gambling, money laundering, or multi-accounting — doog111 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, including deposits, pending wagers, and winnings. Any such decision will be communicated to the player in writing at the email address registered on the account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. doog111 will endeavour to notify the account holder prior to applying an inactivity status. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive account balances to cover maintenance costs. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
